Job description
Villages Vietnam is looking for a Travel Consultant & Tour Operations Executive to support our growing international travel business.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Advise travelers and prepare personalized travel proposals (all inquiries are generated by our Marketing team).
- Organize and coordinate tour operations after bookings are confirmed.
- Monitor and manage all operational aspects of travel programs.
- Handle unexpected situations efficiently and provide timely solutions during tours.
- Ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional travel experience for every customer.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, tour guides, transportation providers, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
Compensation and benefits
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in tourism, travel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive comprehensive training in travel operations and tour organization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in French and English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with travel management systems or CRM software is a plus.
Candidate requirements
- Fixed monthly salary: 10–12 million VND, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Performance bonus for every successfully completed travel booking.
- Total monthly income of up to 30 million VND, based on performance.
- Lunch and parking allowances.
