General Information

At Villages Vietnam, a member of the Asiatik Travel group, we believe that a journey begins long before departure. It starts with a relationship of trust and transparency with our travelers. This is why we have drafted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale: to ensure that every step of your experience is clear, simple, and secure.

By choosing Villages Vietnam – Asiatik Travel, you benefit from the expertise of a passionate local team, attentive to your needs, and from personalized support throughout your journey.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale form an integral part of any contract concluded between the Client and Asiatik Tourism And Trading Company Limited, operating under the brand Villages Vietnam.

By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all of the provisions below.

Price validity

The prices indicated in our programs, invoices, or any other official document from Villages Vietnam are valid only for the specified period.

Villages Vietnam guarantees the validity of prices at the time they are communicated. However, a price adjustment may be applied in exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances (hardship), such as:

• significant exchange rate fluctuations,
• new taxes or VAT increases,
• substantial increases in transport costs, etc.

In such cases, a justified adjustment request will be submitted to the Client, who may:

• accept the modification,
• or refuse it.

In the event of refusal, Villages Vietnam reserves the right to cancel the program and refund the deposit paid (excluding bank charges).

Services

The services offered by Villages Vietnam consist of implementing travel programs:

• either pre-designed by us and accepted by the Client,
• or custom-made, developed in consultation with the Client according to specific needs.

Villages Vietnam undertakes to provide all services explicitly mentioned in the mutually approved travel program.

At the Client’s request, Villages Vietnam may also provide certain additional services (e.g. visa assistance, logistical organization of extra activities). These services may be subject to a surcharge.

Booking and confirmation

• Bookings must be sent by email to: info@villagesvietnam.com.
• Upon trip confirmation, the Client must pay a 30% deposit of the total price.
• A higher deposit may be required for last-minute bookings, high season, or according to airline and hotel policies.
• The balance must be paid one month before arrival in Vietnam, or at the latest at the start of the program. After this deadline, Villages Vietnam reserves the right to cancel the trip and retain the deposit.
• For bookings made less than one month before departure, full payment is required.
• An official invoice will be sent by email upon service confirmation.
• For exceptional reasons and in the Client’s interest, Villages Vietnam may modify the program, with or without prior notice.
